This is a Spine Clip and Plate for the Garmin 6X series of GPS that is used on your backpack shoulder strap to keep your GPS easily accessible. You'll need Velcro with adhesive backing, one inch wide two sided Velcro and a short piece of paracord to complete it. One half clips into the GPS mount, the second piece is strapped to your backpack with Velcro. The two pieces are help together with Velcro that's adhered to each piece. The paracord acts as a tether should the Velcro come loose.
