The left side of the image displays the original design, while the right side showcases the printed version. The printed clips are significantly stronger than their original counterparts. In this instance, I opted for PLA as the printing material. A notable improvement can be achieved by utilizing Clip V2, which offers enhanced quality and support that can be easily removed later using a Dremel or a simple cut. Print Settings: * Printer: Geeetech i3 * Rafts: Yes * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 0.01 * Infill: 100% Notes: Using Clip V2 provides additional support, resulting in improved clip quality. Design Process: I utilized Freecad to bring this design to life.
