Backpack Camera Clip Carrier
thingiverse
This is a compact camera mount designed for attaching your mirrorless camera to your backpack strap, making it easy to carry and access your gear. The goal was to create a secure, lightweight, and adaptable clip that fits various backpacks and allows for quick removal when needed. After using this design for six months, I'm extremely satisfied with its performance. It provides a secure hold without being overly complicated, making camera changes a breeze. If you decide to try out this design, please take the necessary precautions by tethering your camera to your pack with paracord and a carabiner to prevent damage in case of a 3D print failure. Use at your own risk. I've successfully printed this design using PLA and PETG, both yielding good results. To complete the setup, you'll need additional parts: hook and loop fabric and a countersink head 1/4-20 screw, which can be found at Home Depot. For added stability, I recommend sewing a small piece of velcro to your backpack strap to keep the plate securely fastened.
