This is a high-performance backlash eliminator designed specifically for use with 6mm rods and ball joints on Delta 3D printers. The backlash eliminator effectively eliminates play in the ball joint by carefully drawing them together. Its clever hinged mechanism ensures a rock-solid connection, eliminating any risk of the spring or rubber band slipping off. To assemble this device, you will need: * 6 pieces of Backlash Reducers * 6 M3x8 screws (or M3x10 or M3x12) * 6 M3 lock nuts * 3 springs or rubber bands of suitable size These backlash eliminators can be installed in two ways: * Centered on the rods * At the end of the rods, which requires double the number of parts but is gentler on the rod ends A new version called "Backlash_Adapter_2_2-14_No_Hinge.STL" has been added, which does not use a hinge.
