I created this competitive combat robot to weigh in at just one pound, utilizing only readily available off-the-shelf parts and innovative 3D printing techniques. The accompanying Excel spreadsheet outlines a comprehensive shopping list of all necessary components, along with detailed notes to facilitate part selection. Each STL file requires a single print to assemble the complete bot, with the notable exception of the lid/base component, which necessitates two prints. To simplify the complex process of assembling the weapon shaft assembly, I have included a clear cross-sectional diagram for enhanced clarity.
