Backhoe Loader Wooden Toy

Originally featured in Wood Magazine's Issue 226 in July 2014, this project is part of a collection of construction model builds; two other models from the same set, namely 'Construction-Grade Bulldozer Wooden ToyTruck with Side-Dump Trailer Wooden Toy', have already been successfully completed. The wooden toy model was designed using Solidworks 2016 and rendered using Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited in Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. The video was remuxed to MP4 format with MyMP4BoxGui, GIFs created with PhotoScape, and the final renders edited using IrfanView. Both the ZIM and SIMLAB files are animated, and can be viewed on IOS and Android devices using the free Simlab Viewer app. The model is available in multiple formats, including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 6, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
