Gaps of 0.25-0.50 mm were made to correct this.So before printing several, try printing just one to see if it works for your project. Axle tinkercad project https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kV0fs2k8A8c-backhoe-axle-r1 *Materials* * bearings 608zz - 7 * bearings 6802 - 2 * mg996r servo or compatible (recomended torque 8-10 kg*cm) * servo aluminium round arm * a few m3 length 10/16mm/20mm, a few nuts * m3 lock nuts x4 (wheelhub mount to axle base) * m3 flange nuts x2 (mounting wheel to wheelhub shaft) * m3 washers x2 (for gear-side) * nail 3.0mm 2x16mm, 1x32mm (marked at screens as "nozzle") * nail 1.8mm 2x24mm (marked at screens as "nozzle") * a few crews 2.5mm length 8mm, 12mm * tyres: using 108x40mm for 1.9" rim (any 1.9" with 40mm width is okay) *Recomendations and known issues* * poor steering, backlash, the need for a powerful servo to turn. Enough for a backhoe project * print wheelhub-base with reserves (easy to break when installing). * I recommend filing the hub attachment points with a file, brushing off the bumps in the plastic, making it almost even. This will make it easier to turn the wheels. * There are two options for washers between the differential and the outer bearing for 3.5 and 4.0mm. Use whichever is more comfortable (depending on print quality). * There are two washers provided to be inserted between the bearing inside the differential and the inner gear for 1.0 and 1.5mm. Use whichever is more comfortable (depending on print quality). * There are two options for the steering arm cover (cover-steering and cover-steering-m).
