Backgammon set
youmagine
We wanted to play backgammon, so we built our own set instead of buying one online. It's an excellent way to get started with the game and upgrade to a factory-made set later on if you enjoy it. This DIY set is lightweight, making it perfect for travel, and if any piece goes missing, you can easily print a replacement. I created the board by attaching it to the back of a standard tournament chess mat. The checkers are 30mm in diameter and require 15 pieces per color. The dice cups (shakers) work well with dices up to 16mm in size. Although the checker cases aren't essential, they're quick to print and serve as great storage containers for your checkers if you don't want to keep them all in a bag.
