Backgammon

Attention: Be cautious with neodymium magnets, keep them away from your mouth and especially out of reach of children!!! I designed this for my sister. She and her roommate sometimes play this game, but after a while their old playset was sadly beyond repair. So I created this one and printed it with Laywood shell and PLA infill (the inserts are also printed in PLA). To hold the parts together, I inserted some incredibly strong magnets. Then I remembered that I had some Italian textile material lying around. So I added some red pieces of it to the compartments. Important Note: You'll need to scale down the inserts by about 1 mm (but don't change the height). To build this project, you will also require: - 2 x dice's (9 mm) - 28 x neodymium magnets (thickness: 2 mm diameter: 6 mm) - some textile material (not too thick) - textile glue - glue (to stick the inserts) - superglue (to fix the magnets)
