I manufactured all components in petg and utilized a 3mm carbon rod to secure the fender. The front fenders' rods should measure 70mm in length, while the rear fenders require 76mm rods. The parts assemble without adhesive, allowing you to detach and transport them conveniently in a backpack. I enlarged the rod holes using a 3mm drill bit for precise fitment. I designed the fender to be as low-profile as possible, ensuring the ability to carry the skate by the truck's mounting point. The final images showcase the assembly sequence.
