Counter weight system for backdrought shutter, works ok tho I could think of several improvments but using it for the time beeing to find more bugs. Use a 2mm rod (its some wire for welding not exactly sure). Screws in the back of the "flippers" to counterweight the flippers so they flip with minimal amount of airflow. Reason for this was mostly that the bathroom fan pushing air out this went sometimes had backflow and was spinning backwards (when the kitchen fan was running mostly). This blocks enough air and probably creates to much chaotic flow so the fan doesn't spin backwards. Simply used some masking tejp to attach it in the went pipe * The sun shone on it witch made the bottom flipper warp, so mounting it futher in so the sun doesnt get to it would be better * Spacers would probably help alignment, chockingly I havent had any problems with this but would feel better. * Some more rigid support where the rod goes into the cirular support, kinda trycky to install with the small support.
