Backbone massage tool
thingiverse
This tool creates a massage device specifically targeting deep muscles in the backbone. Its compact size makes it suitable for children, while adults can achieve optimal results by scaling up the model by 1.2 to 1.3 times. To prepare this tool for use, print it with its legs facing upwards and activate the brim feature to ensure secure attachment. After printing, carefully smooth out the massage balls using sandpaper with a grit of 240. Next, gently heat the balls with a heating fan, taking care not to melt them completely - this process should only affect the surface layer. To prevent overheating, it's recommended to store the model in the refrigerator for several hours prior to applying heat. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 mm Infill: 30% Notes: For optimal results, I recommend using walls with a thickness of 3 mm and an infill rate of 30%. Based on my experience, this combination yields a strong enough model that can withstand high pressure. This tool was designed utilizing the capabilities of Materialize magic.
