This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 before being converted to every other format available. Native format remains .skp while 3dsmax scene was rendered with Vray 3.00 within the confines of 3ds Max 2016 version. I conceived this plan during a prolonged stay at the VA hospital. A family member brought me a newspaper featuring my design, prompting its inception on my laptop in that very hospital setting. Three weeks elapsed before my return home with a hematoma, a condition which persists to this day. At home, I transferred the model to my primary computer and brought it to fruition. Astonishingly reminiscent of Home Planners Inc., yet distinctively different, lies its master bedroom closet boasting an unexpected feature: a concealed room complete with water heater, suitable storage space, and a secure safe. This creation has undergone several revisions; some of which were introduced by my brother. Notably, he incorporated the inviting bay window within the guest room. Other changes include a traditional VA layout for the Jack-and-Jill bathroom where two rooms share one central restroom facility. Complementing this design is an auxiliary hall bath along with elevated storage available in the attic. Clearly evident on the facade is a distinct Southwestern flair, a stylistic element distinguishing this dwelling's exterior appearance from its neutral, standard siding that prevails on other sides of the house. As my debut model at the new location, it remains to be seen how reception unfolds. An inviting prospect exists nearby: I've located a suitable neighborhood for placement. Dimensions confirm the residence should comfortably occupy available space. Measuring 60 feet by 60 feet in dimension and situated within an 75-foot wide lot ensures this house finds an appropriate fit. All input regarding its design is not only welcome but actively encouraged; further refining this conceptual project can only elevate its merit as a viable real estate prospect.
