I'm really fond of this design and actually printed several one-gallon-sized sticks. After putting them to use, I discovered that they didn't have to be so large. My reworked version made them smaller with less material needed. It possesses the same level of strength as the original. The old version weighed 15 grams, while my new design comes in at just 7 grams printed from a one-gallon paint stick. If it's too loose, you can easily add some wood glue or hot glue to tighten it up.
