I recently stumbled upon a camera whose back had been removed, taking with it the battery cover, battery, and plastic housing. Fortunately, I discovered that the camera still functioned properly. I took an old phone's battery and used it to power the device. To complete the project, I designed and 3D printed a new cover. After printing the cover from ABS material, I sanded it down and applied a fresh coat of paint. The end result looks identical to the original images.
