The Simple yet Effective Roller Massager is designed specifically for your back, not limited to it. The Tennis balls massage your back effectively without putting too much pressure on sensitive areas around your spine. They apply just the right amount of pressure before they start to collapse, making this a safer option than hard rollers and helping to loosen up your back while promoting blood flow without applying harsh pressure that hard rollers are known for. (1) The Axle is made from 3/8" Sch 80 PVC pipe, measuring 26 3/4" to 26 7/8", whatever works best for you. (2) Small screws secure the handle in place. (4) Tennis balls with a 1" hole drilled through them are required. (4) Printed axles are needed. (2) Printed handles are necessary.
