Back in the Queensland Museum Fossil Collection

Specimen preparation is facilitated by Lawrence, who in 2017 worked at the Queensland Musuem. Mechanical preparation techniques are utilized. Primary data authorship belongs to Hocknull and Lawrence, both of whom collaborated on a photogrammetry + Reality Capture project for the Queensland Museum in 2017. Hocknull authored the 3D model in 2018 using Agisoft + Meshlab tools provided by the Queensland Musuem. Scene Creator software developed by Hocknull allows for the creation of scenes using Meshlab and Sketchfab, also utilized by the Queensland Musuem in 2018. Background images used in this work are courtesy of Lawrence, who worked at the Queensland Museum. This work is protected under copyright law belonging to the Queensland Museum.
