Back for Koss KSC75
thingiverse
I made these cups to fit perfectly on the Koss KSC75 ear headphones. The clip that comes with them snaps off easily without breaking, allowing for a smooth installation process. The notch is designed specifically for the wire leading to the headphone, ensuring a secure connection. Meanwhile, the small hole accommodates the nub that holds the ear clips in place, guaranteeing they stick out as intended. I am still testing them on my 3/4 helmet and I'm pleased with the snug fit. However, I need to work the top of my ear up over the headphone when putting the helmet on for a secure seal. These custom cups significantly enhance sound quality, delivering an incredible 20x better experience compared to the stock Sena speakers. To hold them firmly in place within the helmet, I've used round velcro on the back, retaining the existing Sena velcro that's still present. Currently, they're being held onto the speaker using rolled gaff tape; however, you can utilize 2-sided tape or glue for a more permanent solution.
