Fender is commonly known as the wheel well framing part of an automobile or motorcycle body. Its main objective is to shield the vehicle from debris, including sand, mud, rocks, liquids, and road spray tossed up by a spinning tire. Fenders are normally stiff but can easily be damaged if they come into contact with the road surface.
