this part has small details and it is best use as high a resolution as possible, i use 0.05 which works ok but is nowhere near perfect but its the smallest on my printer. This part is for HO scale Bachmann EZ track turnouts if you use Bachmann EZ Track turnouts I'm sure you're aware of the painfully frequent derailment issues. mainly, when the turnouts are open, the wheel flanges on a locomotive or rolling stock will shift the curved point over and go in-between the point and stock rail, causing the truck to derail. this part is a replacement for the stock, production spring wire housing that supports a larger wire for a stiffer, less derailment prone turnout. this does not 100% solve all derailments on the turnout but from my tests, it certainly helps. this part holds a 0.5mm wire as opposed to the stock turnout's 0.35mm spring wire. if you need a larger wire than what this part supports, just edit the front hole in another software. i may also release one with no hole for easier hole customizing. the stock part can be found in the turnout's plastic gearbox on the bottom of the turnout. just glue the new wire into this new part and then replace the part with the new one.
