Babyshark booties for all 1103 motors
thingiverse
I'm opting for Airblade 1103 motors for my BabyShark build over the recommended RacerStar 1103B's. The original booties only accommodate naked bottom motors like those, so I've trimmed off the top layers to make room for the Airblades. Printed at standard size in PLA (the only material I have on hand right now), I found that they needed a mallet to install them, so I scaled up the design in Cura to 102% for a snug fit with PLA. The file is still sized normally in case you're using other filament types. As an added bonus (assuming your motors are compatible), these booties keep screws from coming into contact with windings if they're too long, thereby preventing overheating and burnout.
