Babylon 5 Space Station

The Babylon 5 Space Station was a monumental task, but someone's request inspired me to tackle the challenge. While browsing Sketchfab, I stumbled upon an exceptional high detail model created by Sorrie - https://sketchfab.com/models/13406d8cad484c4ba7e6926f6d80a978. This amazing model caught my attention and sparked a desire to bring it to life. I took the initiative to convert the model into STL format, repairing any errors that arose during the process. To make printing more manageable, I skillfully divided the model into separate parts. However, upon reviewing the design, I realized that the solar panels were too thin, rendering them unfit for printing. Therefore, I decided to recreate them from scratch, ensuring they would be sturdy enough to withstand the print process. Since I opted to print the station at a smaller scale, some delicate details inevitably got lost in translation. Nevertheless, my hope is that someone will seize this opportunity and print the Babylon 5 Space Station at its intended size, allowing the intricate details to shine through. Please note that some parts of the model may require additional support structures during printing.
