Babylon 5 PPG Stand

<p>Designed to fit my build of Metaform3d's PPG model but should work for the standard model too.</p> <p>I added a M3 hex cap head at the front to hold the heatsink in place on my PPG build and the stand has a recess for a 6mm x 1mm magnet, glued in, that grips that screw but it works without that.</p> <p>v5b has had the poly count for the dome and rod increased as requested.
