I specifically designed this prop bumper for my babyhawk to minimize weight while maintaining some protection. At this point, I haven't printed it yet and I'm unsure about how much weight it will save. This design is intended to be 1.5mm thick where the mounting screws are so they can probably be reused without interfering with the motors. However, always double check yours to be sure. *** I corrected the screw hole spacing. Initially, I made a mistake when laying out the original version. It should now be 8.3mm center to center diagonally. *** I enlarged the center hole as the BH has a short tube underneath the motor. The hole alignment was fine but it felt like it was too heavy and overly built so I created a lighter V2 version. Two of the V2 guards weigh 2.36 grams compared to the original 3.55 grams.
