I sliced this tiny figure vertically for the most straightforward printing experience. To tidy up the seams in his miniature face, I need to carefully work with a solder gun or use acetone if I'm working with ABS filament. I initially printed a small version (200%) without encountering any defects using PLA. This was achieved with no supports needed.
