StarWars fan art. Modified the James Jenuwine design to hollow out the head, not the ears. This way, if flexible materials are used, the results become more flexible. The eyes have also been removed, allowing off-the-shelf puppet eyes to be easily inserted. At full scale, the eye "sockets" measure 41.5mm spherical, so some experimentation may be necessary to find a suitable eye. 40mm puppet eyes would probably work just fine.
