Here's a baby Yoda headband for cosplay, featuring enlarged ears that are 15mm wide and slightly reduced thickness to fit comfortably on the head. The ears are designed to screw onto the headband for added toughness. The headband itself measures approximately 130mm in diameter, which is just a bit too large for my two-year-old child. The original designer of Yoda's ears specifically stated that this model is not intended for resale and should not be found on Etsy or eBay. I'm adapting some parts of the design, so the same applies to this creation. I'll post more pictures once it's painted and finished in green. The model was created using TopSolid V7.13 software, and I've attached the Step files and TopSolid package for reference. Please note that the original design may not work well with all mechanical design software or PC configurations due to its complex mesh structure. This headband is designed specifically for printing in green!
