<p>Print all 3 parts in PETG, at around 0.15mm layer height. The “Adapter” and “2” stls probably need some supports added to print well enough. You can turn the “Adapter” part to rest on the tip so that the opening does not need support, only the circle.</p><p>For assembly you also need an M5 bolt with a length of approx 25mm, a fitting washer and a M5 nut, either a self-locking (locknut) type or use threadlocker fluid.</p><p>Add more outlines to printer setting for additional strength. The “Verdeck-Feder-v2” part is a small inlay between the part that has notches to make the sun roof snap into four defined positions.</p><p>It is not as snappy as the original hinge, but works well enough if only one side is replaced.</p><p>Includes SCAD source files if you want to change the models.</p>
