I had the original white and orange baby shusher for my baby. The thing dropped once and the metal battery ends popped off. I fixed it and it dropped again and the battery clip broke. Fixed that and the thing broke AGAIN!!! Why did they make it round and CHEAP. Enough was enough. I took the entire device apart, took out every screw, and looked out how it worked. I designed this so you wouldn't need any other screws or parts. Technically i soldered a piece on but you could just remove the 15M wire, cut the 30M and COM wire and tie then together and electrical tape them. I first removed the 15M/30M/COM wiring and tossed the mini board. I then soldered a jumper from 30M to COM. I then install the speaker in the Speaker-Cap.stl. I then installed the individual battery ends into the Battery-Clip.stl (folding the tail ends down 90° so when installed they wouldn't touch the speaker). I then used one of the smallest screws to install the battery-clip.stl into the speaker-cap.stl. I then installed the main electronics board into the Main-Body.stl. You can then screw on the Speaker-Cap.stl assembly into the Main-Body.stl, carefully tucking the wires in. I then inserted two AA bateries into the main body. I installed the Volume-Knob.stl (just a press fit on). I then used the other two smallest screws to install the one piece battery end onto the Battery-Cap.stl. This end is what you need to remove to replace the batteries. Install the Battery-Cap.stl assembly on and turn the volume knob on. The device should start shushing!! I would've tried printing in white and orange but i didn't have those color filaments available and needed this fixed ASAP. Main-Body.stl is printed (volume side down), no supports needed! Volume-knob.stl is printed where the smaller boss is facing up. Battery-Cap.stl is printed with shusher facing down, supports needed. Battery-Clip.stl is printed with slots facing up. You might need a brim or something for this for extra support. Not printed as shown in jpg. Speaker-Cap.stl should be printed so the outer speaker face is down, supports needed.
