Baby´s Shape Toy
thingiverse
I just made this toy for my little nephew who's turning one year old - everything printed in PLA without any extra features or tricks. Not kid-tested yet since I'll visit him next weekend. Will report if he loves it! Update: He loved it after staring at it for a few moments. I added a small base too, because the regular piece took around 5 minutes and 20 seconds to print. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 mk2 Rafts: No extra layers were needed. Supports: None required, thanks to the design! Resolution: The print quality was set at 200 microns. Infill: A moderate amount of infill material was used, about 25%. Notes: Four perimeter walls and four top and bottom layers make up this toy. Printing time for the base piece was around five minutes and twenty seconds - the individual pieces printed much faster, taking under an hour each.
