Here's a wooden puzzle for babies and toddlers. The final dimensions are 280mm x 200mm, so it can be cut out of A4 plywood. Only the frame is used for laser cutting as the base plate. Then, both panels are glued together, aligning them perfectly. Glue the 3D-printed knobs into the square holes. In my example, I painted the figures with colors and applied beeswax afterward.
