Baby Puss, from the Flintstones cartoon show by Hanna-Barbera, is a beloved character in the animated series. He's a pet saber-toothed cat who lives with the Flintstone family and their best friends, the Rubbles. Baby Puss is rarely seen on screen, but he always makes an appearance at the end of each episode, chasing Fred out of the house during the credits. Baby Puss was designed to match the proportions of the main characters in the show, including Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty, Pebbles, BamBam, and Dino. The model is 200mm tall after assembly and requires no supports. If you have the right filament colors, you won't need to paint it either. To print Baby Puss, use a Prusa I3 MK3S printer with a resolution of 0.2mm and 10% infill. You can use various PLA or ABS filaments in different colors. Refer to the notes below for helpful printing and assembly instructions. Building the Model Colors: Yellow: Paramount3D PLA - Simpson Yellow (for ears, face) Orange: 3D Soulutech ABS - Real Orange (for head, body) White: Hatchbox PLA- True White (for eyes, teeth) Black: Paramount3D PLA - Black (for nose, mouth, hair) Printing and Assembly Tips 1. No supports are required. 2. Print the spots STL file and the whiskers STL file on rafts to keep things organized. These parts have multiple pieces and the print layout helps arrange them on the model. 3. The whisker dots are small, so it's helpful to use a raft when printing them. Printing two sets of them can also prevent loss. 4. Use both E6000 and B7000 sticky craft glue for assembly. Each has its advantages: E6000 is better for handling small parts, while B7000 comes out smoother and less stringy. 5. Place the whisker dots in the face hole first to make it easier to fit them into place. 6. The spots on the body are all in one STL file, laid out for easy positioning. Use a raft to keep things organized. 7. Glue the nose into the head at the same time as gluing the face onto the head. This ensures that the nose can't be slipped in afterward. Refer to the assembly diagram and uploaded pictures for putting the model together. The model is meant to be glued, so don't hesitate to ask questions or provide feedback to help make better models.
