This 3 piece set to mount baby mobile to crib. Uses 5/8" (16mm) round dowel rod from home store. Lightly sand dowel if it is too tight. Can be adjusted to nice snug fit to allow mobile to pivot but stay in position. Mobile can be hung on groove on tip.
