The Evenflo baby gate in my doorway initially had issues due to its narrow fit, causing difficulty when opening and closing it. However, I devised a bracket that moved the gate closer to the wall, significantly improving functionality. Opening and closing is now smooth, even requiring a specific adult button press sequence for safety. My 11-month-old daughter rigorously tested the new bracket, and it proved durable under her abuse.
