Baby construction tools toy set - saw, hammer, screwdriver
thingiverse
I've created a toddler tools set featuring a saw, hammer, and screwdriver perfect for my little son. The saw's teeth, hammer head, and screwdriver bit are designed to be printed from flexible TPU, allowing them to be soft enough not to hurt the baby or damage any surfaces. I used Ninjaflex Space Grey material, which provides a surprising level of rigidity and weight when printed with more perimeters and infill. The handles of these tools are made from PLA. To assemble them, you'll need to glue two halves together; Superglue works well for this purpose. You can also use provided pins for better precision or insert small bits of filament into the cavities inside the screwdriver and hammer handles to create a rattling noise. Here's more information on specific parts: The hammer head requires three perimeters, with a Gyroid infill of 15%. The screwdriver bit needs five perimeters, with an infill of 30%, but reduce it to two perimeters for the top 10mm to prevent melting of soft material.
