This device fits to a litle bottle to be inside and for water suppling To use that thing you need to cut a notch of 1cm (max) on the bottle screw area - from the brim of the bottle's screw. This notch needs to be in the center of the device's notch. so the water will go out only when they lower from the top of the notch and will not be able to flow out of the device.
