Originally, I intended to recreate just the span of the lock due to a broken component, but why not build the entire piece instead? Toddler-tested and approved for your peace of mind! Updated Design (MKII): November 15, 2015 - This new iteration incorporates a revised spring mechanism for enhanced stability, suitable for updated locking shells. Additional modifications include eased tolerances to ensure the locking bolt engages smoothly. A guiding rail has been added to prevent the spring from deforming, addressing issues encountered by some slicers with inconsistent tooth alignment.
