This is a pair of drill-chuck adapters specifically designed for Medela baby bottle lids: one accommodates the older compact style, while the other fits the newer 'wavy' style lid. By spinning the bottle in hot water, it warms up much faster than allowing it to sit still, and this process also ensures that the milk remains at a consistent temperature, even when exposed to very hot water. Spinning does not cause bubbles or create froth.To use these adapters, simply attach your cold milk bottle to a 3/8" variable speed drill and spin the bottle in a bowl or cup of hot water at moderate speed, with alternating 10-second intervals off and on. The goal is to achieve as much disparity as possible between the speed of the milk and the speed of the bottle itself. If spun for too long without interruption, the milk will simply reach the same speed as the bottle, resulting in lost efficiency.The adapters feature built-in supports for the shaft that can be easily removed using flush cutters or a hobby knife. They are optimized for use with 0.4mm extrusion width.
