As i couldn't find any replacement BA20D light bulb holder for my NSR 125 R and my old ones completely burned trough, i measured the original parts and created one in fusion 360. It should be a universal part, but it has some minimal differences to the universal parts as these did not fit in my headlights. It is recommended to print the model on a higher resolution (0.4mm or lower), as i printed it on 0.6mm rough quality (0.32mm layer height) and the bulbs did not fit (really tight fit). Alternatively you can change the ID of the model to 20.5mm, which works fine (I will upload an updated model soon). The metal parts (contacts and gorund) are from the original part, the contacts are held together with a M3x10mm bolt and an M3 nut (the holes are made to fit these). If you plan to print the parts in PLA it is not suitable for normal halogen BA20D bulbs, as it will melt away the holder. ABS is recommended for halogen bulbs. You can use LED light bulbs for the PLA printed Holder though (I tried it out with LED BA20D light bulbs).
