B9 Robot radar sensors (ears)

thingiverse

This is my first upload to Thingiverse. I'm sharing these parabolic radar sensors, also known as ears, which are mounted on the sides of the B9 robot's head platform. These sensors have been scaled up for a full-size B9 replica build. The design takes into account that they will be thicker than aluminum sensors, approximately 1/16 inch thick, in order to withstand the rigors of printing in plastic and require added durability. They come with pre-drilled holes for motor posts and set screws already installed. For optimal results, it's recommended to print these sensors in PLA using a fine setting with a layer thickness of 0.1mm. I look forward to sharing more files soon!
