B8 Flight Stick Replica M8 threads
thingiverse
This is a modified version of the original Schrodingers_cat B8 Flight Stick shift knob, tailored for use with an automatic transmission in my Toyota 4Runner. To create it, I edited the existing file to accommodate M8x1.25mm threads. Post-Printing Notes: For push buttons, I employed standard 12mm mounting thread momentary switches, which required slight enlargement of their holes to ensure a snug fit. The joystick directional pad was sourced from replacement joysticks designed for Xbox One controllers; specifically, the switch portion of these components. These parts can be found on Amazon. The trigger utilizes an old spring that I had lying around in my garage collection, coupled with a 1/8" roll pin as its pivot point. It's possible you might need to widen the holes slightly to accommodate this type of pin; I did experience this issue during assembly.
