B6 Audi Headlight Ballast Hole Cap

If anyone else is doing a Bixenon HID conversion on factory single Xenon Audi B6 headlights you might find there is a hole in the bottom of the headlight where the factory ballast sits. That hole will let all sorts of undesirable things into the headlight, water, dirt, bugs, etc. This is a very simple cap I came up with to cover up the hole when not using the factory HID ballast. I suggest sealing it with RTV to make it water tight and snugging it down with the factory ballast screws. It will fit both headlight housings. I have had a pair of these in service in my daily driver for almost a year now with zero issues. Hope this helps someone else!
