B2D Extruder - Dual Flange Bearing Connector

This is a Dual Flange Bearing Connector upgrade designed specifically for the B2D extruder. The original design was prone to bending, resulting in side loads on the bearing and premature wear that often led to the bearings breaking completely. To address this issue, the bearing pusher has been redesigned from scratch as part of this upgrade. Additionally, the bolts securing the bearings have been upgraded to 16mm, a significant improvement over the original design. After several days of printing with this new connector in place, it's clear that the upgrade has had a profound impact on the overall strength and durability of the B2D extruder. In fact, no other modifications are necessary to install this upgrade, making it an easy and seamless addition to any existing B2D setup.
