I've been working on getting a design airborne for several weeks now. My current progress is the closest I have come so far. With some force and straightness, it does fly, but you'll need to throw it hard enough. It's even fun to play with, although flying might not be an option. I created three main gliders: a short one with 100% infill, a long one with 100% infill, and another long one with 10% infill. Getting them airborne has been entertaining for me, and I'm currently building a launcher to help. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: High Infill: Printed at 10% and 100% Notes: Printing takes two to three hours, possibly longer. I had to tilt my Robo 3D's long glider about 45 degrees for the best print result. It requires some strength to throw and precision, but I've managed to get it airborne a little. You might want to consider throwing it outside. My cat enjoys chasing and swatting at it when it's in flight, although I wouldn't recommend throwing it at people or pets due to potential harm.
