B-Robot EVO 2 enhanced chassis for 2 servo arms
thingiverse
I've spent considerable time searching for a 3D printable chassis that fits a second servo arm in my B-Robot, but the handful of designs I found lacked accurate dimensions, rendering them useless and a waste of printing material. So, I decided to design one myself based on the original B-Robot EVO 2 design. You can reuse the same side panels from the original design since the robot's height remains unchanged. This modified chassis also requires the same number and type of screws and nuts as the original, allowing you to repurpose existing parts from your kit. There are only three new components to print for the wider chassis: a motor plate, an electronics shelf, and a top plate (optional). UPDATE: I've revised the nut cutouts in the electronics and top plates to provide a slightly wider space, making it easier to install nuts. The modifications have been 3D printed and thoroughly tested by myself. A picture of the updated electronics plate with installed nuts is also included.
