B-Rad Strap Base - Bike Water Bottle Mount

Overview: This design mimics what Wolftooth Components have produced for their B-Rad system. Seen here: https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/collections/bottle-cages/products/b-rad-strap-base While I do not physically have a sample in front of me, this print accomplishes the same end. Revisions: Initial Release - 9/5/20 Directions: This mount is fixed to your frame with either zip ties, a velcro strap, or combination of both. On the back side are hex openings for two M5 hex nuts to be installed, so that you may use your M5 bottle mount. Parts needed: B-Rad Strap Base 3D print 2X M5 Hex Nut 2X M5 Fasteners (length and style vary depending on your bottle cage) 2X Zip Ties 1X Velcro Strap (Max width 52mm) Rubber padding (This could be a cut-up grip, tube, or tire) Print Settings: Material - ABS Perimeters - 3 Top/Bottom Layers - 5 Resolution - 0.10 mm Supports: Yes Orientation - Concave side up (bottom interface surface on the print bed) Category: Sport & Outdoors
