B&O Form-2 extended headband
thingiverse
I'm currently sporting Bang & Olufsen Form-2 headsets, which fit snugly on my head, but things took a turn when one of my guests put it on - it crashed. I've decided to recreate the headband for those with larger head sizes. You can keep using the original bolts and cover, but I recommend printing new covers and securing them with acrylic glue instead. To ensure everything fits properly, you'll need a 1.5 mm drill to clean out the holes for the bolts and some post-processing cleaning to get the metal parts of the headset sitting well in place. I'm excited to receive your feedback, suggestions, and tips on this remake!
