B-2A Spirit Kit Card

NOTICE. As we approach the end of January, we get closer to my departure from Thingiverse. From what I planned I may be posting two more models. After that new models will essentially be published more infrequently. If you want a consistent-ish (I'm in my senior year of HS, tis a bit hard to find time) flow of new kit cards you can head over to Printables. Also, for those who have asked, I now have a donation link. So, you can support me, and I can also accept commissions. The B-2 Spirit is a stealth bomber developed by Northrop Grumman. The first operational B-2 would be named the Spirit of Missouri, as all B-2 aircraft would follow the same naming scheme of Spirit of “Insert U.S. State”. Production of the B-2 would go from 1987 to 2000, with it entering service on January 1, 1997. A total of 21 B-2 Spirits have been made, 20 of which remain in service since one was lost in a crash during takeoff during 2008. It has an RCS of 1 sq ft (0.1 sq m), for reference a bird has an RCS of 0.1 sq ft (0.01 sq m). the B-2 obtains this though the lack of right angles, low-drag design, and lack of vertical stabilizers. It served in Kosovo War, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. Both Sprue and Sprue-less models included along with models of individual parts. Contrary to my other models, this model requires absolutely NO glue. I would have more pictures, but alas, I have no print bed. Yeah, my print bed broke, don't ask how, just know it will be a few weeks till I get a new one. Also, this kit card is fully printable on a Prusa Mini. A variant with the landing gear down is included and is designated “Gear Down” Print at a .2 mm layer height with 100% infill.
