The only mods are hole in the nose, reinforcement behind it and the flat tip. These changes were accomplished with the original .STL file and Fusion 360. Ream hole with 4.7mm drill bit to ease bolt installation.Bomb Mask G5 can be used to paint the nose. Should work the same on the original and the remix. Surface finish is important. As with all masks, multiple thin coats is the way to go. I thought it might be easier than masking tape with ~12 parts to paint.Mask results were poor from the process I used. First coat was white primer and the primer got past the mask on the majority of the parts. Improved surface finish or an initial clear coat sealant is needed to produce better results. MOUNT SYSTEMTwo types of bracket are included 1. Fixed, 2. Quick Release. Either type is glued to the foam deck in the ordnance bay. My preferred combination is two of the Quick Release type. This is required for use of the Basket. Finger access to the 'springs' seems better when positioned at the aft of the bay. The Quick Release bracket with the V shape springs requires filament with high seam strength and elasticity. Polyamide (PA, Nylon) is filament strongly recommend on this component. I used Bambu Labs PAHT-CF.Precise placement of the mounting brackets is important for the system to work properly. Template is for accurate positioning and flush seating while adhesive cures. Fixture aids in positioning and by adding weights, it can be used to hold the brackets in place while adhesive cures. BASKETDesigned a basket for soft cargo situations such as paratroopers. Intent is to minimize the catch points where the drop team can get hung up... Side walls are 1mm thick
