Remix Hovercraft. Project in progress, probable evolution of the 3D according to test results. Remix of the hovercraft of CNC Partage, realization of Alain Ducros and Thibault Ayache. Origin of the project: http://www.cncpartage.fr/object.php?id=6. Following a breakage, reconstruction of the hovercraft with parts printed in 3D which includes fixing components, ecope, and drifts. Lower base is in plywood (laser cutting) and depron (cutout MiniCut2d), a skirt "amotissante" has been added to reduce shocks (file: parChoc_A_a.dxf). Current test with parts: - aeroGlisR_A_a.stl (3D printing, screw fixing on the wooden base) - govern.stl (3D printing, use of 1.5 mm rod type piano rope as an axis) - bride_A_a.stl (3D printing) - parChoc_A_a.dxf (Cutting MiniCut2d) Unused recesses have been closed on the original base, final version will convert to remove recesses on the original file. Note: The file "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" has not been tested, it is oriented for a depressed socket with double-sided bonding. In the printed and realized version: - Base is heavier than the original depron base, see video for reference motor. - Servo must not be more than 9 mm wide to enter its position. Updates / ameliorations carried out but not printed: - File "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" is oriented for a depressed base with double-sided bonding. - File "aeroG_A_b_L_TT" allows use of several width of servo, servo is glued and fixed with a collar Rilsan. - "deriveA_a" file is fastened to the servo and derived linkage.
